Where is your lumber yard?
We don't stock lumber or other materials. Our LOCAL vendor partners in each individual location stock and deliver all of your orders. This ensures that we and you have a reliable, customer service driven, local servicer to meet all of your building material needs. We work with and support vendors LOCAL to your area. If you are on our site and don't see what you need simply e-mail or call us and we will find a way to get it for you.
How do I know I am getting a good price?
Our pricing is highly competitive and will generally be lower than what you would pay at your local building supply company. We are usually lower priced than the Big Box stores and lower than what you would typically pay at any specialty retailer. Our LOCAL partners provide us with the absolute best pricing which we are able to pass on to you. If you find lower pricing on a comparable product let us know so that we can beat it!
Where are you located?
OrderOnSite is headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina. We have LOCAL vendor partners in each individual location who stock and deliver all of your orders. This ensures that we and you have a reliable, customer service driven, local servicer to meet all of your building material needs. We are currently serving the North and South Carolina market but will soon be nationwide. If you are interested in using our service send us an e-mail to let us know.
What about the quality of your materials?
The quality of our materials is guaranteed, period. When you order lumber or other items from us it will be what you expect. Our company was started by builders who recognize and demand quality materials. Our wood won't be twisted and warped. Whether you are ordering pressure treated number one, drywall or yellow pine studs our products will be right for the job. When we deliver to your site our products are placed where you want them and they will be covered against inclement weather. Order with us and you will be impressed.
Is there a charge to use OrderOnSite?
OrderOnSite.com is absolutely FREE! No charge at all. Simply log in and begin shopping immediately.
Do you sell lamps and decorative items?
No, we sell building supply basics, including lumber, drywall, insulation, roofing, metal studs, masonry supplies, fasteners and more...
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on items that you have ordered. If the items are damaged or incorrect we will pick them up at no charge to you. If you have over-ordered or simply don't need the items there may be a 25% restocking fee. Email us at Returns@orderonsite.com for returns and pick-ups.
Delivery
FREE DELIVERY in most markets with a small delivery charge in others.
