ORDERONSITE.COM partners with trusted local suppliers for fulfilling and delivering ordered items.

In many markets there is no minimum order and no charge for delivery of ordered items. In other markets there is a small delivery fee, that may depend on where your merchandise is being delivered, and what items you are purchasing. This may change at any time without notice, though you will always be made aware of any delivery charges before you place an order, at which point you can simply choose not to place the order if you'd like.

Delivery of items takes place between Monday and Friday, there is no weekend delivery. ORDERONSITE tries to deliver all orders placed before 2pm by the end of the next business day. This is not guaranteed and depends on the scheduled delivery load and location of your delivery.

At times a product may be unavailable or backordered. If this occurs OOS will notify you as quickly as possible and deliver the item when it arrives or work with you to find a suitable replacement item.
